Bo Diddley's Pub and Deli got it's start in St. Joseph, Minnesota, in 1981. The mission has always been to provide great customer service, produce high-quality food using local ingredients, and to offer it all at an unbeatable price. From 1981 to today, this mission still continues. Stop in at one of our two Central Minnesota locations and you'll notice not much has changed.
